Our Coordinated Intake and Referral Program (CONNECT) is the initial point of contact for all our services. CONNECT offers information, support and referral to expectant families, families experiencing pregnancy loss and those with children under age 3. Families may self-refer or receive a referral at the time they are screened by their prenatal provider or when the baby is born. Knowledgeable staff are available to help answer questions about services available in Pinellas and can make referrals to community organizations and home visiting programs, with the goal to provide each family the best services for them, based on their needs and preferences.
