During your first prenatal visit, your doctor or midwife will offer you the opportunity to complete the Healthy Start’s Florida Prenatal Screening form, which helps us understand how we can best support your unique needs. After your baby arrives, the hospital will also provide an Infant Screening form to ensure your little one gets the healthiest possible start. The information you share helps us tailor our services specifically for you and your growing family.
